Dongguan Ruizhun Precision Metal Co., Ltd (RZ) , a group factory basis on Magnesium alloy Semi Solid Casting (SSC), and traditional die casting, mold manufacturing, CNC machining, stamping, injection processes etc. Established in 2015, covers about 120000m2, developed into High-Tech venture in Guangdong province, applied 18 patens, passed ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, TS16949:2009 quality management system certificates by BSI British.

1. 半固態(tài)壓鑄Semi Solid Casting (SSC)
l SSC，把鎂或鎂鋁合金輕質材料加熱到半固體，以高速高壓注入金屬模具成型的世界新興工藝。使產(chǎn)品具有高密度、高強度/剛度、高精度、表面細膩、耐蝕、無污染等特征。
半固態(tài)鑄造分為流變鑄造和觸變鑄造，我們提供工藝流程短、生產(chǎn)效率高并有先進技術的流變鑄造。配置了101臺進口的鎂合金一體化半固態(tài)壓鑄機，目前為全球最大規(guī)模。
New metal forming process in the world, Mg / Mg-Al alloy light metal material heated till semi-solid and injected into the metal mold with high speed and high pressure for forming. The products is with excellent performing: high density, high strength/stiffness, high precision, exquisite surface, corrosion resisting, free from contamination.
SSC consists Rheocasting and Thixocasting. Here we provide Rheocasting most advance with shorter processing and high efficiency than Thixocasting. There are 300T*2sets and 500T*99sets imported semi-solid casting machines with biggest scale in the world so far.
l 技術特點Techniques：
1). 設備及加工規(guī)格： 投影面積≤800CM2 ，厚度 ≥0.3mm，重量≤800g
Equipments: 500T*99sets, 300T*2sets. 500,000ps/day.
Process specification: Projected area ≤ 800CM2, Thickness ≥0.3mm，Weight ≤ 800g ；
2). 溫度：比傳統(tǒng)鑄造的溫度低60～100℃, 避免了鎂合金熔化損害；
Tempreture: SSC tempreture is low60～100℃ than traditional casting, avoid melting hurm to Mg alloy.
3). 強度/密度：孔隙率為0.4～1.8，傳統(tǒng)壓鑄孔隙率為2.5～3.0，質量改進，力學性能提高；
Procision/Hardness/Density: The porosity of SSC is 0.4~1.8, the porosity of traditional casting is 2.5~3.0, improve quality and mechainecs performance.
4). 環(huán)保指數(shù)/耐蝕指標/抗氧化指標：生產(chǎn)過程不接觸空氣，全環(huán)保無污染。
EP /Corrosion resisting/Anti-oxidized Index: SSC don’t touch any air, no Ar or SF6 as protective gas, free from contamination and No environmental pollution .
5). 不良率：工藝簡化，成形時間短，技術先進成熟，不良率低。
Fraction Defective: simplify process and shorter process time, techniques is advanced and mature, fraction defective is very low.
l 適用性：
汽車剎車缸，輕型車的輪轂、轉向節(jié)、轉向器殼、泵體、閥體，及懸掛支架等機械部件只有半固態(tài)鑄造的合金才能滿足致密度高、強度高、可靠性高等求，廣泛用于軍工、航空、汽車、通訊、電子電器、儀器、醫(yī)療、廚具等高應用行業(yè)或對 “輕化、優(yōu)質、高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保”有要求的行業(yè)。
Only semi-solid casting alloy can meet high density, high strength and more reliability mechanical components, such as car brake cylinder, light vehicle wheel hub, stub axle, redirector housing, pump, valve and suspension bracket etc.

2. 鎂/鋁合金傳統(tǒng)壓鑄 Mg/Al alloy Traditional
鎂/鋁合金輕質材料加熱至金屬液高速高壓注入金屬模具成型，是目前最常用工藝。15臺機器，10多年經(jīng)驗為您提供傳統(tǒng)的鎂/鋁合金壓鑄。
It is common process, Mg /Al alloy light metal material such as heated till full liquid and injected into the metal mold with high speed and high pressure for forming. SF6 as protective gas.
